Privacy and cookie policy

Effective from 31 October 2026.

1. Data controller

2. Pickup reservation form

When you send a reservation, we process the name, phone number, pickup time and order details you give us. We do this to accept and fulfil your reservation and to contact you about it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but we can’t accept a reservation without it.

We keep reservation data for up to 30 days after the pickup date, unless the law requires longer storage.

3. Recipients

Data may be shared with companies that help us run the site: our hosting provider (SEOHost) and our email provider (Google). If you accept marketing cookies, data about your use of the site goes to Google Ireland Ltd. as part of Google Ads. Google may transfer data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses.

4. Cookies

This site uses:

• essential storage – remembers your cookie choice (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
• Google Ads marketing cookies – only after you click “Accept all”. They measure how well our ads work and record conversions, such as a sent reservation. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer, or block and delete cookies in your browser settings.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing done before withdrawal). You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

6. Orders through delivery apps

Orders placed through Glovo, Pyszne.pl, Wolt or Uber Eats are covered by those services’ own privacy policies.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
